Each embroidery job we receive is completely different from the next. It is very important to take your time and be thorough when ordering. When ordering embroidered items be sure to have the item numbers, sizes required, colors and any file(s) ready before you place your order. Our staff will then work with you to get your order and any file(s) ready for your review. Simply sign off that everything is correct and production can begin.

You will not be charged for any embroidered services (except digitizing, set-up or artwork services) until you have placed your order and have approved of all quantities, colors, sizes, styles etc… Once you confirm in writing that your order is correct and your artwork is approved we then receive your payment and production begins.

Pricing and policy for Embroidery.

Full-Back or Full-Front Logo: Add $10.00 to above pricing (12” x 17” Frame)
Digitizing Charge: $10.00 per 1,000 stitches - $50 Minimum Charge
72 pieces or more: No digitizing charge
Editing Charge: $25.00
PreProd Charge: $25.00
Personalization: $3.00 each
Steaming: $0.15 each
Cannot combine hats and flats for volume pricing
12” x 12” Frame – see chart for stitch / volume pricing
Metallic Thread: $0.15 per thousand stitches
