Pro Sales Mkt, Inc. recognizes and shares your concern of data protection and privacy. We’ve taken every precaution possible to ensure your credit card information and any other data is protected from unauthorized third parties. In addition we do not sell or share your data with anyone or anything. This includes all data such as your email address, telephone number or mailing address. Not even statistical reports are generated from your personal data. We have invested in third party resources for this and have cut back on a considerable amount of data that we DO NOT need or want to store.

Is our Web Site Secure?

There are a variety of ways to purchase products from Pro Sales & Mkt, Inc such as checks, credit cards and cash at our storefront location. But for any type of web transaction we use the ASI Secure back office suite, which guarantees the highest security possible for your data and credit card information. This takes the risk out of credit card transactions. As an additional precaution, we do all order processing on software that is separate from the Internet, making it impossible for anyone gaining access to your order information. For your convenience, we will keep your credit card information on file ONLY thru the ASI Secure back office. Otherwise, we will destroy it as soon as your order has been completed. At no time is your credit card information stored in electronic format outside of the ASI Secure back office.

Please note that email is NOT encrypted and is not considered a secure way to transmit your credit card information. Our preferred method of collecting credit card information is through our website order process. If you do not feel comfortable with this method(s), please contact us and we will be happy to take your order by other means.

Additionally, when you visit our Web site, we automatically recognize some information, including your Internet service provider. We don’t automatically recognize your name, address, email address or any other information specific to you, unless you give us that information via an online purchase. Our web site technology allows us to keep track of how many times a user visits our site and what features they use, but it does not collect any personably identifiable information. The information we do collect helps us to make sure that our site is meeting yours and other customers’ needs.
